Darron and Paula Thornton started Coromandel Fishing Charters around 10 years ago. Originally named Soprano Charters a name change came about in 2010 with the expansion of the fleet to include a 51ft launch, Soprano II.
The boats are skippered by father and son team Darron and Karl Thornton. To lend a hand on deck are crew are John Engelander and Darron and Paula’s daughter Jenn who helps out during weekends.
